Set Overview

Diving silently through the air on his huge black wings, Makuta Vamprah strikes fear into the hearts of even the other Brotherhood members. He's ready to crush the Toa Nuva with his Avsa, the Great Mask of Hunger, vicious Vampire-like hook claws, razor-sharp wing knives, and Tridax Pod with Shadow Leeches. Vamprah, the vampire and hunter of the night, powerful and silent Makuta. Here, my friends, will see the best and worse of Vamprah.

Set Presentation

From the design of the box to the instruction manual, these are the first things you see before building the set.

Ah, defenitly the Phantoka Canisters are the best canister I ever saw, they resemble caves in Karda Nui, where your Phantoka can stand to simulate that he/she is on a cave.
Only Vamprah has the genuine blue stalactite cover.

On the back, you see the team up feature with Gavla and Vamprah, and the LEGO info and the warnings and blah blah blah.

Building the set

Half the fun is had building the set. How fun is it to build and how easy or challenging is it?

Vamprah building is short and fast for me, just connect these piece with that piece, and later this one with that one, and etc. Not completly complex.

Set Design

Now that the set is complete, we can critique how it looks from every angle. New or interesting pieces can also be examined here.

Makuta Vamprah is a great set, with great poses and Bat appearence, but the little legs are something baad, the Avsa is a interesting and epic mask, that to me resembles a werewolf and not a bat =P

Playability

The other half of the fun is in playing with the set. How well does the set function and is it enjoyable to play with?

Playability with Vamprah is great
GREAT I said, and also is posing him like if resting on a tree (Fine, cave), the bad thing is that you can't stand him without another legs.
But I am sure that you will know a way to fix that, I trust in you ;)

Final Thoughts/Overall

Vamprah is a magnificent set, with great posablity (sp?) and great tools to play with, but the Legs are the problem DX

Rating: 9/10
